About The Artist

David Andrew Oliver is a self-taught, fine art sculptor. His home is in Burns, Oregon. Living in the high desert of Southeast Oregon, David has developed a love for wildlife which he depicts in his work.

Each piece brings out the natural movement of the wood, lending a unique quality to his work. He sculpts with a variety of medium but he especially enjoys working with mountain mahogany and juniper, which are both local to his area.
